Consultation
The journey to your dream project begins with our initial consultation. At this meeting, our team will sit down with you to discuss your ideas, requirements, and aspirations for the project.
Whatever the nature of the project, we will look to gather all the essential details and lay the foundation for a successful collaboration.

Quotation
Transparency and communication are key in every aspect of our work, including pricing. After gaining a thorough understanding of your project requirements, we will be able to provide you with an initial estimate.
You will receive a breakdown of costs, based on our initial meeting and the planning drawings. Once agreed upon and a contract has been signed, a start date will be set for the construction stage to begin.

Project underway
With the construction now underway, our priority is bringing your vision to life. Our expert team will execute the project according to the agreed-upon timeline.
You will have a dedicated site manager, who will keep you informed every step of the way, providing updates on progress and addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.

Completion & review
As the construction concludes, the project arrives at the stage of ‘practical completion’. We conduct a thorough quality check to guarantee that your transformed space meets our high standards.
Once we are satisfied, we invite you to review the work yourself and provide a ‘snag list’, if needed. The retention payment will not be released until after this list has been completed by our team within a timeframe of usually a month.
